Non-Refund Policy for Digital Download Products

This Non-Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Emotional Abuse Institute and/or Marriage Recovery Center, including but not limited to eBooks, videos, PDFs, courses, templates, and other downloadable content (“Digital Products”).

All Sales Are Final

By purchasing a Digital Product from our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the product is accessible or downloadable.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions where digital products are sold. Where local law requires, we provide remedies in cases of defective or inaccessible content.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • You have the technical ability to access the file format(s) provided.

  • Your device is compatible with the download.

  • You understand the product being purchased before finalizing the transaction.

Exceptions to The Non-Refund Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement under the following limited circumstances:

  • You purchased duplicate items by mistake (and can provide proof).

  • You are unable to download the file due to a verified technical issue, and we are unable to resolve it.

  • The file is corrupt or materially different from the product description.

All such requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date by contacting us at: management@marriagerecoverycenter.com.

Unauthorized Distribution

All Digital Products are licensed for individual use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing without explicit written permission is a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

  • You consent to the loss of any applicable right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
